Transfer to and from the airport by taxi or minibus can be booked at the Reception desk.

ANSWERING MACHINE

If the red flashlight on the phone is on, you have a message. To listen to your message push the button next to the flashlight and follow the instructions.

BABY COT / BABY CHAIR / BABY FOOD HEATING

Baby cot / extra bed can be requested free of charge for a child under 2 years old in our Superior rooms and Junior Suites. Baby food heating is possible at the Reception.

Baby chair / extra chair can be requested in the room or in the breakfast room.

BIBLE

It can be found at the reception desk.

BOTTLE OPENER

The bottle opener can be found on the tray placed at the top of the mini fridge cabinet.

BREAKFAST PACK ORDERING

If you cannot have your breakfast in the hotel on your day of departure, it is possible to order a breakfast pack and take it with you.

In case of using your own laptop the wireless internet access is free of charge in the whole area of the hotel (in the public areas and in all guest rooms). The iron can be used at your own risk. The hotel charges compensation for any damage caused.

LAUNDRY / DRY CLEANING / SEWING SERVICES

In case you need laundry or dry-cleaning service please contact the Reception until 9.00 am at the latest.

Your clean clothes will be returned that day at 6.00 pm. These services are available from Monday to Friday. For minor clothing repairs contact our receptionist colleague.
