HOTEL RULES FROM "A" TO "Z"

 

Only hotel and paying guests are allowed to stay in our hotel.

In order to ensure a peaceful stay, we ask that you fully comply with the house rules! Violation of the rules or damage may result in a payment obligation!

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

BUFFET BREAKFAST

The buffet breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7.00 am till 10.00 am am all days.

Please provide your room number at the entrance to our colleagues before having the breakfast. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!

CHECK IN

The guests can do the check-in from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier you can request early check in for extra charge depending on room occupancy. Contact the Reservation team with your request on the following e-mail address: reservation@marmara.hu

CHECK OUT

Guest rooms need to be vacated until 11:00 am on the day of your departure. If you wish to leave later you can request late check out for extra charge depending on room occupancy. Contact the Reception with your request, please dial “100”.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

In case of any complaint, please contact the reception immediately in person or the Management directly by e-mail at any of the following contact details: fom@marmara.hu, sales@marmara.hu. After departure, we are unable to accept any request for refund in the event of a possible compensation claim.

DAILY CLEANING

We are cleaning the guests rooms once on a daily basis between 09:00-15:30.

If you have no demand for it, please put the card signing it on the door handle.

Extra fee is charged for unintended use of the room as well, as for any damage done. Contact the Reception with your cleaning requests.

EMERGENCY

Please study carefully the emergency guide and follow the instructions in case of emergency.

EMERGENCY EXITS

Please follow the relevant green “EXIT” signs. You will find the emergency evacuation route plan on your room’s door. You can find  more information about the hotel’s safety equipment and the alerting in the “INSTRUCTIONS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY” chapter.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

We would like to ask you to put your room card in the white box on the wall next to the door for using the electricity and the heating system / aircondition.

If you leave your room, please remove the room card.

We are cleaning the rooms on a daily basis. If you leave your towels on the floor, we change them for a new one. The towels on the radiator means that you do not requiry a new one.

We change our bed linens after 3 days. If you requiry new one, please contact the Reception desk and dial „100”.

LOBBY BAR

Opening hours: 07:00-23:00

Besides the conventional beverages the lobby bar offers a wide range of cocktails, coffee specialities and snacks.

PETS

Our hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. For extra fee we welcome small and big pets after previous agreement.

According to the relevant legislation of the ÁNTSZ, it is forbidden to bring animals into the breakfast area.

It is important to know that the use of a leash and muzzle is mandatory when walking (except in the designated dog-run areas).

SAFE BOX

All rooms are equipped with a safe box. You will find the instructions for use on the front side of the box on the decal. If you have questions, contact the Reception, please dial “100”.

The hotel does not take the responsibility for valuables left in the guest rooms, therefore please use the safe box for free of charge. Our hotel takes responsibility only for the valuables left in our central safe at the Reception Desk.

SMOKING

Smoking is forbidden in the whole area of the hotel, including the guests rooms according to

the Hungarian Law. In case of smoking in the room we charge 300 EUR penalty fee.

TRANSFER/LIMOUSINE SERVICE

You can book a transfer to any point of the city. You can decide whether you wish to travel by car, in case of more people minibus, or limousine. Contact our colleague at the reception for more information, please dial “100”.
